German Spitz Breed Appreciation Day

Judges Competency Framework (JCF) compliant
BREED APPRECIATION DAY

With optional B/A3 List Hands On Assessment

SATURDAY, 6th APRIL 2019

at Jary’s Dog Training Hall, Marsh House Sports and Community Centre (next door to The Merlin Pub), Billingham, Stockton-on-Tees, TS23 3HB

Registration from 9:30am for a 10am start
(further timings to be confirmed)

Morning Session:
The Breed Seminar is open to all and is an informal day to help you learn more about the breed including how to assess, correctly measure and judge German Spitz.
There will be a talk on the history and function of the breed and the breed standard followed by a group hands on session with some German Spitz of both sizes to go over.
The Multiple Choice Exam can only be taken by those that qualify for KC JCF Level 1 or that award CCs in a breed so by applying to do this you confirm that you are eligible.

Afternoon Session:
The Assessment Session is a hands on assessment for those that need this for current B or A3 judging lists so you will go over 5 dogs, make notes and place them in order and write a critique on each.
There are a limited number of spaces for the assessment so initial priority will be given to those judges already on our judging list who need this to progress to the next level but after that it’s first come, first served.
