This is the only way to order our fund-raising calendars as they are a special annual one off order
This is not an automated system.
Orders placed here will be manually processed so that we can calculate individual shipping costs then your invoice will be emailed to you so please ensure you have provided correct details.
The launch of our Fundraising Calendar will also entail a very busy time for our small team so it may take longer than usual to process orders but you will receive a confirmation email upon submitting this order so please check any spam folders if this doesn't arrive as this will also mean that your invoice may not arrive either.
Payment methods accepted will be Bank Transfer or Paypal (friends and family, or else please ensure you cover any costs). Please check invoice emails for correct payment details!
Payment must be received within 24 hours of invoice despatch to ensure your calendar reservation.
UK cheques may be accepted but this will delay your order as items will not be sent out until any cheques have cleared.
Special offer pre-sales calendar prices (valid until 16/10/23):-
£7 each for orders of 3 or more (posted to the same address).
£7 each for members of the German Spitz Breeders and Owners Club whose memberships were fully paid up by 31/1/2023
Standard prices after pre-sales offers close are:-
Item prices do not include postage costs.
Standard UK P&P (Large Letter) is as follows:-
1 calendar £2.50 2nd class or £2.80 first class
2 or 3 calendars £2.80 2nd class or £3.40 first class
Due to ever increasing costs we will use 2nd class as our default option so if you require first class please select that option on the form. If you required tracked/signed for please state this in the notes box.
(All RM Standard options
include compensation up to £20 so you must request tracked if you require cover for up to £50)
We will combine postage for multiple items where possible based on Royal Mail pricing and size/weight allowances but multiple items that exceed the basic allowance will be charged accordingly.
P&P for international orders is based on Royal Mail International pricing.
Collection is by prearrangement only.
Please ensure your name and address is filled in correctly as this is used for generating postage labels so if ordering for someone else please use their details. We can not split orders so orders to more than 1 address should be done as a separate order for each address.
If you have a problem getting the form to work, please try a different browser, especially if using the default browser on a mobile device and ensure you have no spaces in your email address.
If you have tried that and still can't submit it, you can email us your order by clicking here but this will take longer to process.
There are issues with some servers (BT is one of them) deleting emails as spam so if you have ordered and made it to the thank you page but can't find any confirmation or invoice emails, this may be why so please contact us so that we can try to resolve this.
