Please use this form to order items from our merchandise page

Calendars are available to pre-order only so please use this option to avoid disappointment as there are unlikely to be very few (if any) spares available and none available at shows.

This is not an automated system. Orders placed here will be manually processed so that we can calculate individual shipping costs then your invoice will be emailed to you so please ensure you have provided complete and correct details.
The launch of our Fundraising Calendar will also entail a very busy time for our small team so it may take longer than usual to process orders but you will receive a confirmation email upon submitting this order so please check any spam folders if this doesn't arrive as this will also mean that your invoice may not arrive either.

Payment methods accepted will be Bank Transfer or Paypal (friends and family, or else please ensure you cover any costs).
Payment must be received within 24 hours of invoice despatch to ensure your calendar reservation.
UK cheques may be accepted but please keep in mind that this will delay your order as items will not be sent out until any cheques have cleared.

Calendars are £7.50 each or £7 each for orders of 3 or more when posted to the same address.
GS Booklets are £5 each

Please fill out a separate order for each address if your order is for more than 1 delivery address as we are unable to split orders.

Item prices do not include postage costs.

UK P&P for 1 calendar is £2 and covers standard UK 1st class Large Letter
UK P&P for 1 GS booklet is £1 and covers standard UK 1st class Letter
Shipping is based on Royal Mail 1st class unless an alternative is specifically requested. We will combine postage for multiple items where possible based on Royal Mail pricing and size/weight allowances but multiple items that exceed the basic allowance will be charged accordingly.

Local collection (Chester-le-Street) is by prearrangement only.

There are issues with some servers (BT is one of them) deleting emails as spam so if you have ordered and made it to the thank you page but can't find any confirmation or invoice emails, this may be why so please contact us so that we can try to resolve this.
