I’d firstly like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge and making me feel so welcome. Then a huge thank you goes to everyone that entered, there did seem to be a wonderful atmosphere around the ring.
Thankfully the weather was cooler than previous days, the grass was a good length and the ring was a good size.
All dogs were beautifully presented and turned out, I didn’t come across one bad temperament in any of the exhibits so that really does say a lot about our wonderful breed. All exhibits had correct scissor bites, a few of the older ones had slightly stained teeth but overall all had correct mouths.

Minor Puppy Dog
1/2 – Miss H Hall – Dacfolke Artic Alupine TAF
6mth sable boy, although still very much a baby I really liked his overall shape and balance, nice straight front and lovely hind angulation. Loved his movement when he got it together , he is definitely one to watch as he matures.
2/2 - Saich's – Lindcoly Polar Bear NAF
Cream puppy dog, smaller in frame than 1 with lots to like. A little ball of mischief that would benefit some extra training to get him showing at his best.
Puppy Dog
REPEAT OF ABOVE
1/1 – Mr & Mrs Rodgerson- Nosregor In The Land Of Myth
Beautiful deep brown male, so square in outline, loved both his front and rear assembly, well knit body, good bone with tight feet. Personally I’d prefer a small ear but still a very nice young man. One to watch.
Special Yearling
1/1 – Williams, Francis & Pearce’s- Longsdales Ace of Spades With Trebettyn.
Super B&W parti male with a stunning head, fabulous to go over with excellent bone. His owner told me he’d been jumped on by another when they arrived so he was a little withdrawn and lacking in sparkle. I really like this dog and would love to see him on another day when I’m sure he’ll be full of confidence. He’s future superstar for sure!

1/4 –Pearce, Francis & Roberts- Longsdale’s Rebel Rouser At Cwrtafon JW.
Outstanding black male in a gleaming coat, super bone and tightest of feet. So balanced and I adored his masculine head with correct eye shape, moved out well but nearly threw the class as he was looking for his owner and was some what distracted but when his owner moved him again he was much better. Res Best Dog.
2/4 – Rodgerson, Rodgerson & Mullholland. CH Fisherbloom Black Sharmen With Nosregor.
Gorgeous sable dog, smaller than 1st but still a type I love, his gorgeous head, good eye shape and small ears, loved his front, a shade longer in body but still balanced overall. Another one that was distracted and just didn’t show to his best.
3/4 Mrs D Roberts – Ch Longsdale’s Turning Tables at Cwrtafon.
Cream male, different type to 1 & 2 but a good honest dog to go over, super pigment and fabulous coat, loved his overall balance and moved out with style.
Veteran Dog
1/2 Miss B Williams- Ch Spellcast Talk To Da Paw At Trebettyn ShCM VW.
Just loved everything about him! Very impressive black male who I’ve judged before and he just gets better with age! So well made, I adore his shape, his head is magical with sparkling correct eyes and uses his ears to his advantage, he just can’t stand wrong and excels on the move! He owned the ring today.
Couldn’t deny him Best Dog, BOB, BVIB and BIS
2/2 Mrs Saich’s- IR CH Zephon Akio At Lindcoly .
Sable boy, full of mischief and charm, smaller and a different type to 1 but again still a lovely lad to go over. Loved his correct harsh coat. He was totally in love with his owner which meant he kept looking up at her with big grin on his face but when he did concentrate he did move beautifully. Adored his cheeky personality.

Minor Puppy Bitch
1/3 Mrs A Cook – Longsdale’s All That Jazz.
Young black bitch with a beautiful head that reminded me very much of one of my special girls, turns out they’re both sired by the same dog. Good coat coming in, nice bone, in my notes I have written gobby! I’d be excited to see her when she matures. Moves very well once settled. Best Puppy in Breed and RPBIS
2/3 Saich’s – Lindcoly I Want It All.
Very pretty, compact and neat sable girl, loved her head and neat ears. Super coat she just needs to settle but I really liked her, pushed 1 hard but just needs to contain her excitement. Wonderful temperament.
3/3 Saich’s- Lindcoly Black Is Black.
Pretty little lady, I adored her shape and had admired her ringside a few weeks ago but today she was very unsettled and kept dropping her tail. On a different day I’m sure she’ll be in a much happier place and show off how lovely she is.
Puppy Bitch
REPEAT FROM MINOR PUPPY BITCH
Junior Bitch
1/2 – Mrs D Roberts – Cwrtafon Lili.
Very pretty white bitch, charming expression, full of life, short coupled, neat front construction, super feet and shown in a beautiful coat. Pushed hard for Res BB.
2/2 – Saich’s – Lindcoly Peaches An Cream.
Cheeky orange and white parti girl, smaller in build but was hard to assess as she was so excited. Full of zest! Lovely character.
Special Yearling Bitch
1/4 – Miss B Williams- Pufnstuf Kiss This For Trebettyn.
Black bitch, my type of girl! Beautifully put together, excellent bone, super front and rear angulation, moved out with style and drive, beautiful four square natural stand at all times, commanded attention. Just missed out on BB on maturity. Res Best Bitch
2/4 – Miss H Hall – Pufnstuf Kiss Da Paw.
Litter sister to above, same applies I just preferred the more settled movement of 1.
3/4 – Saich’s- Lindcoly Make A Wish
Sweet and pretty sable girl, loved her head and compact outline, smaller than 1&2 but still a cracking little bitch.
Post Graduate Bitch
1/3 – winner of special yearling
2/3 - 3rd in special yearling
3/3 – Mr & Mrs Perves – Bulabs Qe Beauty.
Sweet cream girl, out of coat, pretty head but would like a stronger pigment. Moved out well. Lovely sweet temperament.
Open Bitch
1/3 Rogersons – Nosregor Unforgettable.
Pretty cream girl, so square in outline, she oozes class, good steady mover, super rear end. Just a neat and tidy bitch throughout. Shown in super condition and really sparkling today Best bitch and RBOB
2/3 Miss B Williams- Ch Dulais Moonlight Over Paris At Trebettyn JW.
Beautiful sable bitch, loved her shape and class, sadly out of coat that spoilt her overall picture, she moved out with style and elegance. Still a very worthy champion.
3/3 Saich’s- Lindcoly Vision In Blue.
Pretty blue sable bitch, very distracted and scrabbling around so very hard to gauge her movement. I’m sure she’ll be totally different once settled.

Special Yearling
1/1 – Miss B Godridge – Isilme Nuggetosaurus Rex. 19mth old cream male, beautiful head with dark pigment, liked his eye shape and correct small ears. Well muscled, tidy front and once settled moved with reach and drive. I just adored his sparkling personality and he’s clearly in love with his owner. One to watch for the future.
Limit Dog
1/1 Mrs G Bradbury - Wychlea Percy Vehere. Upstanding, large, impressive black male, beautiful masculine head with correct size and set ears, beautiful bone leading to tight cat feet, short coupled and compact outline, fabulous front assembly, straight strong hocks, moved out well with that typical spitzy brisk action. I did consider him for RD but he was just a little distracted in the challenge.
Open Dog
1/3 – Chambers – Musique Born Legacy. I’ve admired this boy from ringside and wow he didn’t disappoint, his gleaming, immaculate white coat against his super black pigment is breath taking! I adore his uber masculine blunt wedge head, tiny ears and constant spitz smile. Fabulous bone and feet, super square and well knit body, really well muscled and moved out like he owned the ring in correct brisk action retaining his top line. Just loved him! Best Dog, Best of Breed & RBIS.
2/3 – Rodgersons- Nosregor Willhe Suprise Ya. Black male, different type to first but still super quality throughout, fabulous coat, very handsome head piece and he used his ears well at all times, super front assembly and moved very well and in harmony with his handler.
3/3 – Jackson & Minshall. Cream sable boy. Again different type but still a beautifully put together boy shown in absolutely fabulous condition, liked his well knit and square outline, fabulous hind movement
but was slightly wide in front coming back. He was a little distracted by what was going on outside the ring so didn’t hold his ears as well as 1 & 2 but adored his cheeky expression.
Veteran Dog
1/2 – Mr & Mrs Serman – Ch Rochedo Bill The Badger By Tymy. 10yr old B&W parti male.... what a showman! How is he 10yrs old.... he we so happy to be back in the ring with his little spins and cheeky behaviour. He had one of the best fronts today, super straight forelimbs leading to his perfect feet, well knit, square body and strong hocks. Excelled on the move and gave a perfect outline on the free stand. Res Best Dog, BVIB & RBVIS
2/2 – Williams, Francis & Pearce's – Ch Longsdale's Lets Go Trebettyn. Another quality boy who I judged before, everything where it should be and he has the most wonderful bone, he moved out with purpose. He just didn’t have the sparkle today that I’ve previously seen with him. Still adore him though and still a very worthy champion.

Puppy Bitch
1/1 – Miss L Rodgerson – Nosregor Sister Sledge. Pretty cream girl with a good coat coming, full of herself but once settled her movement was very good. Loved her square outline and strong straight hocks. BPIB, she was much more settled in the BIS challenge and couldn’t deny her BPIS. Definitely one to watch.
Post Graduate Bitch
1/1 – Mrs S Slack. Very very pretty square sable bitch, I judged her as a puppy and she’s just got better and better. Beautiful correct coat finishes off her beautiful compact outline, fabulous bone and I loved her rear angulation, nice tight feet, moved out effortlessly and with no exaggeration. Expertly handled and presented by her young handler. Best bitch & Res BOB
Limit Bitch
1/1 – Mrs G Bradbury. Wychlea In The Purple. Pretty, typey neat bitch, full of zest, loved her typey head and expression, super front , her short knit coupling gave the wonderful true outline on her 4 square stand, loved her movement and another one that held her top line the whole time. Res Best Bitch. Gave BB a good run for her money in the challenge .
Open Bitch
1/3 – Miss R Godridge – Isilme Dazzle Me. Sable girl, another with a cheeky personality that I love, pretty head but I’d prefer a slightly higher ear set, beautiful square outline, short coupled, good bone with a tidy and correct front assembly, very well muscled, classy correct mover.
2/3 – Mrs & Mrs Bradbury & Serman. Oberitz Topsy Turvy. Smart, compact and classy black bitch, loved her feminine head with neat ears, good for bone and lovely small neat feet. Moved out well.
3/3 – Mr & Mrs Chambers – Manzamas Made With Pride. Pretty white bitch with beautiful pigment but very unsettled, I know she’s not normally like this so I think something outside the ring might of spooked her. Good to go over and moved well when she did settle for a few paces.
Veteran Bitch
1/2 (1 Absent) Miss R Godridge – Lusam Teazy Weazy. 9yr old bitch still oozing in life and full of mischief! Well muscled, loved her rear angulation and square outline. Hard to assess her on the move as she was just so excited about being the spotlight and just wanted to smile at her owner the whole time, she has a temperament to die and a credit to her owner.
